If you cannot attend an applications class for which you hold a reservation, you must notify your Account Executive within six (6) business days prior to the class date to receive a 100% refund. No refund will be issued or outstanding invoice canceled if you cancel your class less than six (6) business days prior to the class date. If you cannot attend a technical class for which you hold a reservation, you must notify your Account Executive within eleven (11) business days prior to the class date to receive a 100% refund. No refund will be issued or outstanding invoice canceled if you cancel your class less than eleven (11) business days prior to the class date. For enrollments associated with Technical Classes, a $200 reschedule fee will be assessed for students who choose to reschedule for a future date. New Horizons reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time due to low enrollment or for other business reasons.
